When you sign the contract to rent our vessels, Lexington Pontoon Rental LLC makes clear that boarding, operating, and riding upon a pontoon boat may have inherent risks to the participants. All responsibility for injury to participants or damage to the vessel rests on the renter and the individuals riding upon, operating or involved in the operation of the rented vessel. Lexington Pontoon Rental LLC makes no claims to the weather or water conditions nor of the renter, operator or passengers skills or abilities to safely utilize the rented vessel. It is reasonable to expect people taking responsibility for undertaking recreation activities. Sometimes, unfortunate things may happen. So use caution and maturity in evaluating and reducing the risks you're about to take. This is a big lake and you are using a powerful vessel that requires a sensible and sober approach to operate safely.
